We deliver full-service design and comprehensive low-voltage solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail, and government customers.

Our Seattle office has an opportunity for a Fire Inspector Service Technician. In this role you will serve as a critical part of our life safety inspections team, working with Sales, Engineering, and Core Operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
NICET 2 certification (required)
1+ year installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems
1+ year fire inspections or fire testing experience; working knowledge of UL systems
Valid state driver's license without restrictions
Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

Preferred

WA 06 electrical license (EL06)
Vocational/technical degree in electrical, security, or computer systems
ESA Alarm Technician Certificate

About the role

Applied Technical Systems Inc. in McMinnville is building our team and looking to hire Limited Energy Technicians. Pay: DOE.

You will work across the Willamette Valley on year-round low-voltage electrical projects — security, fire alarm, structured cabling, and more.

Requirements

Oregon Limited Energy Technician license (LEA or LEB), or apprentice card in period 5 or higher
Experience installing, maintaining, replacing, and repairing low-voltage electrical systems
Security systems, fire alarm systems, structured/data/network cabling, media panels, WiFi distribution, CCTV, and access control
Maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism
